The 2024 edition of the International Consortium on Myotonic Dystrophy (IDMC-14) will take place in Nijmegen from 9 to 13 April 2024. This is an opportunity to learn, share and network thanks to the presence of scientists, clinicians, patients and professionals from the pharmaceutical industry.
The International Myotonic Dystrophy Consortium (IDMC-14) programme will include cutting-edge presentations, interactive sessions, discussions and exchanges. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers and experts from around the world, exchanging knowledge and ideas that will stimulate innovation and progress in the field of myotonic dystrophies.

Nijmegen is the oldest city in the Netherlands and one of the places where the disease-causing repeat expansion was identified in the nineties. OPTIMISTIC, the largest myotonic dystrophy trial, was initiated and coordinated in Nijmegen.
