Cure Through Innovation 2025: AFM-Téléthon, Driving Force Behind a New Medicine

In this 2025 edition, AFM-Téléthon shares its patient-focused strategy: accelerating research, making innovative therapies accessible, improving family support, amplifying the voice of those concerned. Cure Through Innovation 2025 also revisits AFM-Téléthon’s key figures, drawn from the 2024 Annual Report ((French version), providing concrete insight into the scale of the actions undertaken.
To this end, more than 600 scientific experts are mobilized within its ecosystem to advance 40 therapeutic trials covering 33 different rare diseases and to support over 350 research programs. At the same time, AFM-Téléthon operates on the ground with thousands of patients and their families through its 15 Regional Services and a volunteer network unique in France.
